On Tuesday evening, May 13, 2008, almost 500 volunteer Emergency Services Personnel will gather at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach, N.Y., to honor the efforts of volunteer EMS providers in the New York City region.

At last year's event, almost a dozen supporters including NY Hospital of Queens, Methodist Hospital, Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, and companies Laerdal Medical, Philips Electronics, and Medtronics Physio Control gave generous financial support to honor those who selflessly give of themselves to their communities.
